If you are speaking at The Great Ideas Conference, please login to the Speaker Service Center to register. Otherwise, you will not receive the correct registration rates!

Eligibility Policy
ASAE’s Great Ideas Conference is designed for association executives, industry partners, and consultants to learn and discuss the industry’s future and the newest big ideas. Although anyone can attend the conference, the purchase of the Discovering Emotional Motivators in Human-Centered Design Executive Leadership Workshop, the The Weekly Innovator: A One-Week Problem Solving Journey Executive Leadership Workshop, the Sunday Reception Guest tickets, and the Foundation Pour tickets are limited to those attendees who have also purchased a full-conference registration.

Ineligible Registrations
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.


Additional Registrant Rate (For Association Executives/Consultants Only): In order to receive the discounted registration rate for additional registrants from the same association, all registrants must register using the same organization-based email domain. For example, if the first registrant registers using john@asaecenter.org, in order for the second registrant to receive the discounted rate, he/she must register using their @asaecenter.org email domain. Registrants using public domains (such as @gmail.com) will not receive the discounted additional registrant rate.

Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by February 15, 2019.  A refund of all fees, minus a $150 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after February 15, 2019. 

Attendees using Access Pass will have their points fully returned to available balance up until February 15, 2019. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after February 15, 2019. Additionally, after February 15, 2019, no Access Pass points will be refunded and they may not be transferred to another program. 

Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at registration@asaecenter.org. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than March 26, 2019. After than time, no refund considerations will be made.

A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to registration@asaecenter.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Funds from this program cannot be transferred to another program. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited. 

Special Offers/Discount Codes/ASAE Access Pass
Use of a discount code is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations, including Access Pass. Access Pass cannot be used in conjunction with an Organizational Member (9 or < staff) discount. Limit one special offer/discount code per registration.
 
Confirmation
If you register online, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from registration@asaecenter.org. (Please note: this is an HTML-coded email and you may need to save our email to your Safe Senders list). If you faxed or mailed in your registration form and have not received a confirmation within 10 business days, please contact the Member Service Center: ASAEService@asaecenter.org or by calling 888.950.ASAE (2723) or 202.371.0940 in Washington, DC.
