Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
All conference registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org by January 31, 2020. A refund of all fees, minus a $150 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.
The Foundation Pour is an ASAE Foundation fundraiser event and therefore, no refunds will be granted, should you need to cancel. However, tickets are transferable.
Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at email@example.com. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than March 10, 2020. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.
A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Funds from this program cannot be transferred to another program. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Special Offers/Discount Codes
Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/discounted registrations. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
ASAE Registration Eligibility Policy
ASAE’s Great Ideas Conference is designed for association executives, industry partners, and consultants to learn and discuss the industry’s future and the newest big ideas. Although anyone can attend the conference, the purchase of the Executive Leadership Workshops, the Sunday Reception Guest tickets, and the Foundation Pour tickets are limited to those attendees who have also purchased a full-conference registration.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities by ASAE and other third parties, including but not limited the venue, the host city, and the host CVB. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.
Save when you register by December 6, 2019. Forms received without payment will be returned unprocessed. Please print multiple copies of the registration form to register additional attendees (one form per attendee).

Official Attendee Roster
Beginning approximately six weeks prior to the conference, you will be able to find a live attendee roster on the conference website under the registration tab, listing all registrants who have opted-in.
