Small Changes Can Make a Big Difference
New! Leadership Intensive
Monday, March 12
Looking for something new outside the traditional classroom? Experience a place-based experiential session to provoke and inspire action. The intention is to promote thought leadership, creativity, and the spirit of innovation that drives and improves results for your association. This Offsite Leadership Intensive runs concurrent to the Idea Labs and, like any session, has limited capacity—which will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Mike Bristol, CEO of Bristol Brewing, will inspire you through creative and innovative practices to embrace the concept of small changes that make a big difference. After experiencing a fun and informative tour of the brewery you’ll engage with the team as they describe how creative approaches combined with data-intensive decision making yields accountability and results.
The Ivywild School
Originally an elementary school built in 1916, Ivywild School was closed in 2009. It was shortly thereafter that the wheels started turning and the idea to move the 18-year old Bristol Brewery over to the space, along with a bakery, espresso/cocktail bar, delicatessen, and office space. It was a unique and bold proposition that would take years of planning and a lot of great minds to achieve. Ivywild’s façade still holds true to its roots as reimagined spaces fill the halls of this virtual and literal hotspot of activity.
Visit the Great Ideas Conference Registration Desk on Saturday, March 10 from 1:00–5:00 p.m. or Sunday, March 11 from 8:00–11:00 a.m. Space is limited to the first 35 participants. First come, first served. Transportation is provided.
