2017 Registration Rates and Information
ASAE will assign the lowest possible rate based on your current Membership status and category. Refunds cannot be granted for updates in membership status after the time of initial purchase. This program is eligible for Access Pass point usage and will utilize a total of 24 points for each registrant. The preconference programs and Women's Executive Forum will utilize 2 Access Pass points each.

Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policy
All conference registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to email@example.com by February 3, 2017. A refund of all fees, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date.
Attendees using Access Pass will have their points fully returned to available balance up until February 3, 2017. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after February 3, 2017. After February 3, no Access Pass points will be refunded and they may not be transferred to another program.
The Foundation Pour event is a fundraiser and no refunds will be issued should you need to cancel, however, tickets are transferable.
Submit all requests to ASAE Registration via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. ASAE regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than March 14, 2017. After than time, no refund considerations will be made.
A transfer of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting written request to email@example.com. Onsite transfers must be accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The individual submitting the transfer request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution. Badge sharing, splitting and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Special Offers/Discount Codes/ASAE Access Pass
Use of discount codes is only valid at the time of the initial purchase/registration. Refunds will not be authorized for existing registrations where the special offer was received after the initial purchase. Discount codes cannot be applied to already reduced/ discounted registrations including Access Pass. Access Pass cannot be used in conjunction with a Circle Club benefit. Limit one (1) special offer/discount code per registration.
ASAE Registration Eligibility Policy
ASAE’s Great Ideas Conference is designed for association executives, industry partners, and consultants to learn and discuss the industry’s future and the newest big ideas. Although anyone can attend the conference, the purchase of the Ultimate Team Building, City Hunt Orlando preconference program, the Video.Org – The Versatility of the Video to Drive Business Objectives preconference program, the Sunday Welcome Reception Guest tickets, and the Foundation Pour tickets are limited to those attendees who have also purchased a full-conference registration. The purchase of the Putting Women’s Ideas to Work – Authentic Ways to Hear and Be Heard Women’s Executive Forum is limited to attendees who hold director level or higher title at their organization.
All registrations are reviewed to ensure they meet ASAE eligibility policies. ASAE reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with this cancellation. Please refer to the specific Eligibility Policy above.
Registration and attendance at or participation in ASAE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ASAE's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image. Your registration may include technology that monitors your activities throughout the meeting, such as session attendance and booths visited.
Save when you register by February 3, 2017. Forms received without payment will be returned unprocessed. Please print multiple copies of the registration form to register additional attendees (one form per attendee).
Earn CAE Credits
You will be eligible to receive up to 12.25 Certified Association Executive (CAE) credits for attending the full Great Ideas Conference from March 5–7, 2016, or you could earn even more by attending one of the preconference programs or the Women's Executive Forum*:

If you register online, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of your registration from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you faxed or mailed in your registration form and have not received a confirmation within 10 business days, please contact the Member Service Center at email@example.com.

Beginning approximately six weeks prior to the conference, you will be able to find a live attendee roster on the conference website under the registration tab.

Please contact your organization’s Circle Club representative to register. Note: The preconference programs and Women's Executive Forum does not offer a discounted fee for Circle Club members.
